Estimated Mailing Costs are based on three required mailings: (1) Mailing Nomination Applications with Instructions, (2) Mailing General Notices, and (3) Mailing Ballots with Instructions and Nomination Applications.
Mailing Nomination Applications with Instructions
• Requires return envelopes with no return postage.
• Requires Nomination Applications and cover letter.
Mailing General Notices
• Simple one-page notice.
Mailing Ballots with Instructions and completed Nomination Applications
• Requires that Instructions be sent with Ballot Applications.
• Requires that every completed Nomination Application be mailed. This number is based on the number of nominees.
